But not indulge into sadness
Rather get in touch with the resolve to reconnect
Reconnect with the Light of wisdom
Reconnect with That, which illuminates
So, we see with our minds and our hearts
Just breathe - with awareness
Reconnect heart and mind “seeing- feeling- being”!
Breath... a few conscious breaths more
And become still!
