Swami Nitya supports children of next generation and founded HCEP - Himalayan Children Educational Project
The Himalayan Children’s Education Project gives financial support for a school in Odisha (formerly Orissa) - with the focus for girls, who otherwise have no chance for any education - ensuring they have funding for education, uniforms, books, transportation to school and healthcare.
The school for boys ´Gurukulam`, which is running successfully since 2001and the process to build a campus for the girls is in the center of attention of the Navaprabhat foundation and his founder Bhagaban Dev.

I served Swami Veda Bharati in Rishikesh from 1992 to 2000 in Rishikesh. And started this projects in Odiha which is my home state also. The area where we are located is one of the most poor and undeveloped area. Good education is a dream for many families in this area.We believe that EDUCATION is the only mean to fight against all the evils and make a person able to unfold his/her inner strength and can be a good human being.So we have been working to educate the un-previleged children. We have been running a gurukulam,a school for the boys since 2001.We have been in a process to build a campus for the girls too.It is in half way.A few girls from the near by villages have been studying with us in temporary rooms.But this year we have decided to start the new campus on the first if July although We have to furnish and finish so many things before we start, otherwise it has been lingerring .
